Nice hotel that us well kept but it is loud. I was on the fourth floor and could easily hear the road. Additionally, the rooms aren't well insulated and I could hear the folks next to me and they weren't being overly loud. And this was in a corner room which are usually quieter. Lastly, I don't like Speakman shower heads but every hotel uses them. Just a personal note. They're never good.

When we got there the front desk agent, in my opinion was good. My boyfriend didn't like her to much, he thought she was rude. The room was nice, kinda small but clean. We were happy with our room. Later that night we went to the bar to have a couple drinks, the bartender was horrible. He was eating at the bar, unprofessional, and rude. The next morning we had breakfast at the restaurant there. Not very pleasant. There was no one the the front to seat is. We waited 5 minutes before someone came out. We had breakfast tickets for the buffet breakfast. All the food looked hours old. The scrambled eggs were water, everything was cold. The fresh fruit didn't look fresh, looked 2 days old. Our waitress checked on us once, didn't refill our drinks. After breakfast we went back to the room to get dressed. My boyfriend needed to shave, we forgot shaving cream so he called down to the front desk to see if they could bring him some, they said he needed to go down and get it. Overall my experience there wasn't very good. I most likely won't go there again.

Great rooms with nice views. Polite and helpful staff. Very clean. Only downside would be a lack of a fridge/microwave.

The hotel staff members were genuinely happy to please & go the extra mile to ensure their patrons comfort & satisfaction. The rooms are very clean & comfortable & the common areas are comfortable & inviting. The only issue I had was someone loudly knocking on my door at 7am., Then the cleaning lady knocking 3 more times after that all before 9 am. there was no "Do not disturb sign" in the room to place on the door. I will stay there again.

Great hotel with a wonderful staff. They have no air conditioning in lobby but they are working on it. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi is good. Great shuttle service.

A very nice place. The hotel is right across from the convention center so I am able to attend the event I'm in town for with ease. The rooms are comfy and the accommodations are great. I would recommend this place to anybody attending a conference.

Up scale but nothing special. Not bad. Clean. Downtown location if that is important. Nice TV but remote control confusing. No free stuff. I'll try some place different next time.
