I visited on a Sunday afternoon and there was pretty decent art on display, however, the building certainly has much more potential. The space was not utilized very wisely and most of the gallery is open floor. It might have been the current selection as the exhibits rotate often, but there is so much space available. Either some more walls or art in the middle of the floor is really needed to make the place feel more inviting. Right now it kind of feels like an empty building with some cool stuff on the walls. The hours are quite limited as well. If you are I'm the neighborhood, it is a good way to spend a couple hours around the capital for free.

I attended a wedding here in the winter. Overall it was a pleasant experience however the parking situation is terrible. But I guess that is to be expected in a downtown location.

The renovation has this place lookin' good! Good place to catch fun local events and very accessible by public transportation.

I love the idea behind making this innovative event space but it is lacking in some pretty serious ways. The last THREE times I've gone, the elevator has been broken and someone just taped a sign over it to take the stairs. TERRIBLE accessibility issue, considering the fact that it is three flights up. The lack of parking also just makes it a pain. People often arrive late because there's no way to anticipate if you'll have to park blocks away. And you end up walking quite a distance even if you are parked as close as possible. Not ideal under any circumstance but awful when it is snowing and icy.
