This is the worst Rita's location in the city. They rarely have pretzels. You will wait in line forever because of the incompetent staff not because of volume. If there's no line, you may have to knock at the window for 5 minutes to get waited on. Staff doesn't know how to make milkshakes. It's not uncommon to hear other customers complaining and having problems with the staff each time I go. Despite this location being closet to my house, I will often head to the Oregon Ave location to save time and frustration.
